- Day 3 of T3 Triathlon Camp Tenerife 2015: time for some statistics:
- 150km/2600hm on Bike, heavy winds, very mixed weather conditions
– doesn’t sound much but this is really quality training in regards of strength and mental power! - Nearly 8km of Swimming in perfect conditions guided by smart coaches – cool.
- 1h introduction in efficient barbell training
- 2h of stability training (selfguided)
Summary: This is what I expect from a training camp week – especially if you are an age group athlete.
